The accommodation had plenty of room to park in the back of the house, which was very convenient. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The host, Luke, was thoughtful and even prepared a burger for me in the fridge when I arrived late due to my flight. The owner's dog, Beastie, was also very friendly. it was a great place to stay.
I felt very comfortable during my stay and had no complaints at all.

my valentine's day stay in greeley exceeded my expectations. the cozy and detail-oriented facility felt like a home away from home. the friendly owner made me feel welcomed and checked in regularly to ensure my comfort. i would consider living here full-time if i could.
Kitchen upgrades slightly inconvenient.

During my Xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and cozy atmosphere of the place. It was within my budget and conveniently located. The owner was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The excellent WiFi and shower were also a plus!
The bathroom lights being on a motion sensor was a bit inconvenient. Taking a long shower meant having to navigate in the dark to turn the lights back on.
